Faith and Endurance

In this beautiful relationship with God, we know faith is our biggest evidence! However, there is also something we often let go over our heads that actually helps build our faith! We give the devil a lot of credit in our short comings and we really shouldn’t!

Let us recap:

James 1:13-15

When tempted, no one should say, “God is tempting me.” For God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does he tempt anyone; but each person is tempted when they are dragged away by their own evil desire and enticed. Then, after desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, gives birth to death.

CHILD OF GOD! YOUR desires are your worst enemy!!! Yes, the enemy still exist but truly he can only operate where we let him! When we give in to our fleshly desires we open that door! Sheesh!

Let us remember Satan was defeated at the Cross! Thank you Jesus! As children of The Most High God, let us remember our authority! We will face trials and tribulation in the world. Yes, but remember as it is written:

James 1:2 

My brothers and sisters,consider it nothing but joy when you fall into all sorts of trials, because you know that the testing of your faith produces endurance. And let endurance have its perfect effect, so that you will be perfect and complete, not deficient in anything.

Faith and ENDURANCE go full circle in life in Christ. So be encouraged my brothers and sisters, you mighty Children of God, in knowing that building endurance during trial is growing your faith in Him! Keep focused on the bigger picture and the great reality which is Jesus Christ!

Keep Him at the center of your life and let Him be your filter in all situations ! God bless you and may God the Father of our Lord Jesus continue to shine His light in your lives!
