eCsiLe is an emcee, Co-host of the WAR ROOM, & the Editor-In-Service of The Jamz Collective. A husband and father of three, he has been a student of Hip-Hop since he was an adolescent. Coming from a broken home and having experienced a variety of challenges throughout his life, it wasn't until his early 20's that he realized God was actively intervening in his life and calling him to abandon the path of rebellion. After recording & performing for almost a decade, as well as promoting concerts and fundraisers, he stepped away from music, unsure if he would ever pick up the mic again. After nearly another decade elapsed God provided clear signs that it was time to return to his passion of making and promoting music to point people toward Christ. He hasn't looked back since...

A Voice of Faith and Culture in Portland's CHH Scene. Known for his distinctive tone, faith-driven lyrics and dark trap beats, ProphetiQ has carved out a unique space in the CHH landscape. By addressing real-life struggles and issues such as alcoholism, drug addiction, human trafficking and more, he's offering hope through a gospel-centered message.
With a heart for the community, ProphetiQ actively engages in outreach, aiming to uplift and empower individuals through both his music and ministry. His performances showcase a commitment to connecting with listeners and spreading a message of faith and resilience. Through his label (HolyFire MusiQ & Ministry) he continues to inspire and impact the Portland community to reach hearts and minds with the transformative power of faith.
Jaylan "Immortal Jay" Washington (Collaborator)
Jaylan Washington (also known as Immortal Jay) is a Christian hip-hop artist born, raised, and based out of San Antonio, Texas. Jaylan has always loved hip-hop music and has been rapping since he was 13 years old! He began to take music seriously for the first time, when I started taking faith in God seriously.
After giving His life to Christ, Jaylan has been rapping with a mission to spread the Gospel and show others that Christ can use anyone (and their story) for His glory. Now he's excited to be contributing to The JAMZ MAG ONLINE blog. His sincere hope is to bless and uplift others with articles and to always keep growing in his gifts, for the glory of God!
Chsn Will (Co-Host/Collaborator)
Chsn Will is an artist with a passion for God, people, & spreading the Gospel. One of the original collaborators for what has become CHH Collective, he is the Co-Host of the WAR ROOM with eCsiLe & a consistent supporter of the independent/underground CHH Community.
Will overcame a childhood immersed in of poverty & excessive alcohol/drug use, becoming a family man with a wife & four children. Now he holds down a full-time job, makes CHH music, owns a clothing/product line called Chsn Wear and previously built an impressive record as a professional fisherman. Now he is focused on being a fisher of men... Rise and shine, pray & grind!
Bertrand McKinney (Contributor)
Bertrand "BERTY" McKinney is a Gospel Hip-Hop artist, writer, producer and A/R for the We All 1 Records label as well 1 of the hosts of Let's Talk Gospel. BERTY, which stands for Baptized Enlightened Redeemed Trusting Yahweh, was born in New Orleans, La and raised in Tylertown, Ms by his father and mother. Growing up, God was always a part of his life, and church was a common thing in their household. The village that raised BERTY helped him to learn of God, but he realized that he didn’t really know God until he progressed further into adulthood.
During this journey, BERTY started to date and fall in love hard with almost every relationship he had. After one bad break up, BERTY contemplated committing suicide until his aunt, who he hadn’t spoken to in months, called him and said, “God told me to tell you that he loves you and don’t do it”. At that moment, BERTY knew that God had never left him and that he had allowed the world to sidetrack him. He decided to move forward by letting the world go and recommitting his life back to God through his music.
Rocky Valley (Contributor)
One of the Heavyweight Champions of CHH, Rocky Valley hails from The Hub City, Republic Pennsylvania. An avid fight fan, Rocky has honed his skills, in the gym and the studio. A HARD HITTER in every sense of the term, he is on FIRE for God & has modeled uncommon transparency & humility despite his immense talent. A husband and father of three girls, Rocky can often be found cheering on his daughters in Sporting events, encouraging his wife who is an accomplished culinary enthusiast, & still producing QUALITY music at a much higher rate than most emcees... High quality bars without writing, his mantra appears to be "Glory To God!" IF all that isn't enough, he frequently contributes articles to CHH Jamz Collective because he is equal parts artist and fan of the art!
