Rose From The Dead hits HARD from the very first note... The appropriately titled first track "Goin' In" does exactly that. Declaring that if God tells him to go he has to go, Kidd Rose is steadily forging a unique sound that has solidified him as one of the most talented artists, producers, and engineers in the Portland Area.

The second track starts out with a playful tone as he taunts the devil with an assist from Florida artist Crossovermusik ... Lucy doesn't want the smoke! That's for sure.

Stylistically this album combines multiple styles and influences, resulting in a dynamic & sonically rich soundscape over which Kidd Rose reflects on the greatness of God and our immense need for Him.

Teaming up with label mate and frequent collaborator ProphetiQ, the two hit heavy on "Walk Like Christ" as they declare their desire to reflect Christ in their lives. Rose shines on tracks like "No Cape" and "I'm Back" where he weaves popular cultural references into powerful doctrinal themes.

Part Trap music, part West Coast classic that should leave Snoop and Warren G turning their heads, part NW underground, this album has something for everyone. With an impressive assembly of features including NB Tony, Serv.Yhwh, Joshua Springer, Jeremy Kingg, Yvng 7, Tyler J, and Skyler Ray this project is a must listen for any respectable connoisseur of Hip-Hop... and we're not just talking about CHH fans. ALL hip-hop heads should listen to this project. Who knows, maybe that's what God is waiting to use to bring some of them to a saving knowledge of Him?

Time will tell. Either way.... We're giving the Kidd his Roses. He knocked this one out the park. Check it out. Links below:
